"Customer Support Experience"
I reached out to the customer service team at Old Creamery to find out if I could get a replacement magnetic catch for a wardrobe that came with a bedroom suite I bought ages ago. The assistance I received was top-notch, and they managed to get a replacement part from their supplier and sent it to me in less than a week. Honestly, they were super helpful.

"Great bedroom furniture, but there's a catch..."
I’ve got to say, the bedroom furniture is really nice, and I’ve picked up a few pieces before. But here’s the kicker: the website claims items are available, but that includes display pieces they won’t sell. I placed an order for something that was marked as 'in-stock' and said it would be ready an hour later. When I got to the store, they told me it wouldn’t actually be available for another two months. The staff were super nice and tried to make it right, but they’re stuck with a website and inventory system that feels outdated.

From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was top-notch. The team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—just like the good ol' days of customer service, not overbearing or condescending. They had a knack for knowing when to step in and when to give us some space. Even though everyone was busy, they made us feel like we were their main focus. Kieran was especially great; he really went above and beyond to assist us. For our first visit, we were super impressed, made a purchase, and I can totally see us coming back for more. There’s a ton of stuff, all nicely arranged. Thanks a bunch!

Awesome support during our mattress purchase. They reached out quickly with a delivery and setup date within the timeframe they promised. Sadly, the mattress had issues after a little while. We got in touch with the Yeovil branch and felt reassured knowing they would check it out and swap it if needed. Everything was handled smoothly, and we received a replacement mattress. Huge thanks to the crew and management at The Old Creamery Yeovil.

"Checked out the Yeovil shop today for some sofas..."
I popped into the Yeovil shop today to check out the Parker Knoll sofas they had on display. The place was quite packed, with folks waiting for assistance from the sales team, and it seemed like there weren't enough staff to go around; I could feel the stress on their end! My daughter and I were assisted by Steve O. He took his time guiding us through the choices, and I never felt hurried at all. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is well-stocked and offers a variety of options (though I only went in for Parker Knoll). I also appreciated how tidy everything looked. Overall, it's a great shop with really friendly service.

I don’t often write reviews, but when you keep getting top-notch service, I felt it was time to give a shout-out to the Old Creamery. My family appreciates quality items that not only look great but also stand the test of time, all while being reasonably priced. The Old Creamery nails it every time. They’ve got an impressive variety of products and the staff really know their stuff. Keiron has been super helpful in pairing our older furniture with newer pieces. Nothing was ever too much hassle. Their delivery is always right on the mark as well. I’d totally suggest checking out The Old Creamery.

"Feedback on My Recent Mattress Purchase"
I just placed an order for a Harrison Spinks mattress from this shop, and even though the delivery is still a ways off since it’s made to order, I already feel compelled to rave about this company. The service I got from Paul and Kieran in Yeovil was truly exceptional. They provided that 'old school' kind of service that’s so rare these days, with plenty of helpful and knowledgeable advice, even without a guarantee of sale. Plus, the price was way better than what you find at the big retailers. Kudos to everyone at OCF... here’s to your continued success!

"Just got my hands on a big sideboard..."
I just got my hands on a big sideboard, and while it looks great, there was a bit of damage on the top. They reached out to me the same day and gave me the option of a full replacement or a small refund. Super professional and well-organized company. Even though the item had a little issue, they took care of it quickly and efficiently.

"Awesome company to shop with"
I stumbled upon this company while browsing online and felt a bit nervous at first, but a quick phone call put my mind at ease. The representative I talked to was super helpful and addressed all my inquiries. After I placed my order, I noticed I had given them the wrong email. A quick chat online sorted that out in no time. "Fantastic deal and superb customer support"
Honestly, I’m blown away! My chest of drawers arrived today, and it’s exceeded every expectation - such a lovely piece of furniture. I spotted the same item online for four times the cost! "A Unique Gem for Yeovil Residents"
Yeovil is fortunate to have this one-of-a-kind, privately owned furniture shop in a town where shopping options are dwindling. I've been a customer of this business for more than three decades, and every item has added to the charm of my home. The folks in the showroom are truly authentic and have turned into friends throughout the years. I can't recommend them highly enough. "Top-notch service and great bang for your buck on furniture."
We purchased an Oak TV stand, a big desk, and a set of nesting tables for our son's play area. The desk was unavailable, but Steve Oakley and his team were amazing; they found one and got everything sorted and delivered in just a few days. The furniture is sturdy, offers excellent value, and the whole process from placing the order to delivery was outstanding. Of course, we've already made another purchase. Definitely recommend!

"Brilliant Old Creamery"
We've turned to the Old Creamery many times, even after relocating from Somerset, due to the top-notch quality of their oak furniture. Honestly, when you stack them up against Oak Furnitureland, they really shine in both service and quality. Plus, they ended up being more affordable once you factor in the delivery fees outside their region.

"Decided to check out a local spot for my living room needs"
I was all set to buy my living room furniture from a big-name store, but then I stumbled upon the old creamery in Taunton and figured, why not take a peek? So glad we did! There was no pressure from the sales guy, and he took our order when we were ready. He answered all our questions and even set up the delivery. It arrived this morning, and the quality is fantastic—it looks incredible! The delivery team was super helpful too. We were so happy that we’ve already ordered a few more items. I highly recommend this place and won’t think twice about coming back.
